In this weekly session, Joana Ayala guides you through gentle vocal meditation and sound healing practices designed to soothe your nervous system, release emotional tension, and restore inner calm. Whether you're new to sound work or seeking new tools for your mental well-being, this space offers a nurturing environment to explore your voice, reconnect with your body, and cultivate clarity and ease.

No experience required—just bring an open heart and your breath.

🎤 Speaker Bio: Joana Ayala – Sound Practitioner & Vocal Healing Guide
Joana Ayala is a sound practitioner, facilitator, and multidisciplinary artist whose work bridges intuitive expression and holistic healing. Trained in the Sound, Voice, and Music in the Healing Arts program at the California Institute of Integral Studies, Joana blends ancient sound practices with modern techniques to create transformative, heart-centered experiences.

For the past five years, Joana has held space across retreats, workshops, and virtual gatherings throughout the Bay Area and beyond. Her approach is rooted in the belief that our voice is one of our most powerful tools for healing, expression, and presence.
