Sound Immersion with Reiki w/ Scot McClellan and Alyssa Anderson

Join us in in an immersive and harmonic Sound Bath healing experience while you receive the universal energy healing called Reiki which will help re balance the energies in the body.

A sound bath is a deeply immersive, meditative experience where participants are “bathed” in sound waves produced by therapeutic instruments. The purpose of a sound bath is to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and bring about a state of mental and emotional balance. Unlike traditional music, which may include rhythm, melody, or lyrics, sound bath sessions focus on tone, resonance, and vibration to help the body and mind move into a more peaceful state. This form of sound healing works on the principle that sound frequencies can influence brainwave activity and the nervous system. By lying still and listening passively, participants are gently guided into a state of mindfulness and inner calm.

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive healing modality that works with the body’s natural energy to promote balance and relaxation. By calming the nervous system and quieting the mind, Reiki helps the body return to its natural state of harmony where healing can occur on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. During a Reiki session, energy flows through the practitioner’s hands to the client, encouraging deep rest, emotional release, and overall well-being. This practice is often described as soothing, peaceful, and restorative—an energetic reset that supports the body’s innate ability to heal itself.

When Reiki is combined with sound immersion, the two modalities create a powerful synergy that enhances their individual benefits and promotes a deep sense of healing and balance. The gentle yet potent energy of Reiki amplifies the vibrations and frequencies produced during sound immersion sessions, allowing for a deeper connection to the energy centers and subtle bodies. This combination can facilitate a profound state of relaxation, release energetic blockages, and promote self-healing on all levels.

A Reiki-infused sound bath combines the healing vibrations of sound with the gentle, supportive energy of Reiki. During the session, gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments will create soothing sounds. At the same time, Reiki energy is channeled to help you relax, release tension, and align your energy. As the sound bath is presented, Alyssa will move to each person participating in the experience to provide Reiki. This combination creates a deeply restorative experience that nurtures your body, mind, and spirit.

** Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and anything you feel you may need to be comfortable lying down for one hour. Chairs are provided if you prefer this option. A bottle of water is also a wonderful thing to bring along too. Limited yoga mats, pillows and blankets are available.

*** Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in, ask any questions, and prepare for the experience. Doors close promptly at 6:30pm so please be on time.

About Scot: Scot spent over 40 years working with special needs students and athletes as well as juvenile offenders. Currently he is exploring sound baths after having experiences that have led to expansive awakenings and opened new opened new levels of awareness. He is expanding his knowledge by taking classes in sound healing. He hopes to provide this opportunity for others.

About Alyssa: Alyssa began her healing journey in January 2024 when she began massage school. Just two weeks later, she was attuned to Level 1 Reiki, marking the start of a practice that immediately resonated with her. Since that time, Alyssa has been actively practicing Reiki. she intuitively flows between using a hands-on and a hands-off approach, creating a nurturing space where body, mind, and spirit can realign.

Note: Entrance to Circle of Miracles is the 2nd driveway of the property on Beulah Road. When you turn into the driveway, please go around to the parking lot area that is at the rear of the building. The entrance door is on the lower level and behind the building.
