Sound Healing Community Event

Join us for a community sound healing event where we will gather in stillness to recharge and rejuvenate. Together we will enjoy a guided meditation, restorative sound bath, and a shared space for connection. All are welcome. Yoga mats provided - bring an open heart and any additional props to enhance your comfort (blanket, sweatshirt, pillow, etc.)

By attending, you not only nourish yourself but also contribute to the mission of ✨THE RELATIONAL CENTER✨, a non-profit dedicated to accessible therapy and fostering communities that embrace empathy, diversity, and interdependence. We envision a world where mindful compassion, mutual support, and community engagement are central to daily life.
