What should I bring to the event

We suggest that you bring a small blanket, pillow, and any personal comfort items you may need. Please remember to bring your journal as it will be needed for the workshop. In case you forget to bring one, we will have journals available for purchase.

How should I prepare for the workshop?

Arrive 5-10 minutes early for a smooth transition from the cleansing ceremony. Stay hydrated with water the day before and the day of, eat a light/healthy meal prior and avoid distractions. During the workshop, it's important to be mindful, intentional, and relaxed throughout.

What should I wear to the workshop?

We suggest wearing comfortable and flexible clothing for our upcoming workshop. We would like to invite you to wear the throat opening color Blue. Wearing this color helps us connect with our energy of the Throat Chakra.
