Sound Healing & Breathwork Serenity

Enjoy breathwork along with peaceful sound healing. The crystal sound bowls, Himalayan Bowls and other vibrational instruments will help soothe your nervous system, release stress and tension, and nourish the mind, body and spirit. This is the ultimate way to relax, de-stress, invite clarity in, and practice self-care.

The ambiance will include galaxy lamps and candles to set the tone for a dreamy vibe. This will take place at a cozy private residence with a galactic celestial ambiance.

Please refrain from wearing strong scents such as perfume and cologne.

What to bring:
- A yoga mat
- A water bottle (there is filtered water available to refill your bottle)
- Layers of clothing (to adjust to any temperature changes)
- Eye pillow (we will have some available if you don’t have one)
