Join Assunta to gather and connect for a 90-minute sound bath and hands-on Reiki session beneath the grounding trees of Southwark Park. This is a welcoming space to come together, relax, and soak in the positive, renewing energy that Sundays bring—a gentle reset and fresh start for the week ahead.

Experience the soothing vibrations of frosted crystal singing bowls paired with the nurturing presence of hands-on Reiki. This combination supports deep relaxation, energetic realignment, and nervous system balance—helping you to feel recharged, centred, and connected.

We are supported by the grounding presence of trees who will surrounding and supporting us during our time together. A magical Sunday morning ritual to get you started for the week!

After the session, stay and enjoy the beautiful park, share conversation, or simply bask in the sense of community and calm.

What to bring:
A yoga mat or blanket, something warm to wrap in, and anything else to make yourself comfortable lying down outdoors.
