About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

In this workshop, participants will build a simple oscillator using the 555 timer circuit to explore the basics of sound design and analog electronics. Students will learn how the 555 timer functions in astable mode to produce continuous tones and how components like resistors and capacitors affect frequency and pitch.

Using breadboards, they will assemble and experiment with their own sound-generating circuits, gaining hands-on experience with waveforms, timing, and electronic sound manipulation. This session provides a creative and practical introduction to both circuit design and audio experimentation.
