Sound Bites! Lunch-able Serenity SoundBath Meditation for Self-Sustenance

Comfortable clothing is recommended, similar to what would be worn for yoga, tai chi, a walk in the park, or other general relaxation.

For optimal comfort, you're welcome to bring your own mat to recline on, along with blanket and pillow/bolster. However, we do have those items available if you'd rather not bring your own.

You're welcome to bring your lunch for eating after your session ends. Just notify us and we'll guide you to be seated in a peaceful space for that purpose. To avoid disruption, please be aware that if you stay, you must remain in the eating area until the next active soundbath session ends.

There's only one entrance to TIO healing arts studio/sanctuary, LOCATED ON BACKSIDE OF BUILDING where free parking is available. There's also free parking in front of the building, where you can park, then walk around the left end of the building to access the backside for the only TIO entrance.

If you would like to upgrade your experience to a Reiki-mini infused soundbath, you can select the Reiki-mini add-on for an enhanced soundbath activation which the Reiki Master will activate upon commencement of the session.

While sound healing is restorative for many, if you have epilepsy, a pacemaker, or are pregnant, consult your doctor to determine whether to attend. Also, if you have any hearing difficulties, such as low hearing, tinnitus, etc. please notify us and we'll attempt to accommodate your best listening.
