Do I need to bring my own mat?

Yes, please! We will not have yoga mat's to give out.

Will there be a water station?

Yes! We do advise to bring your own water bottle to be able to have more water next to you than our glasses.

How soon can we arrive?

Doors will be open at 5:15 if you want to come early to pick your mat placement early.
