Sound Bath with Domie

Rooted in Sound is a grounding and restorative sound healing experience open to all levels, including beginners. This class offers a space to slow down, reconnect with your inner rhythm, and gently release what no longer serves.

We’ll begin with breathwork to calm the nervous system, followed by a short body scan to help ease into relaxation. Participants will rest comfortably, usually lying down or supported with props, while being immersed in the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls.

Each session may incorporate elements such as intention setting, light visualization, or brief journaling prompts to support emotional and energetic alignment. No movement or prior experience is needed—just bring yourself, an open heart, a journal and a willingness to receive.

Each participant will also receive a mini grounding anointing oil to take home as a reminder of the peace and presence cultivated in class.




Domie Monet is a certified sound healer and spiritual practitioner whose mission is to guide others in healing their mind, body, and spirit. Her path began eight years ago when she was diagnosed with Graves' disease—a turning point that led her to explore holistic healing, energy work, and the power of sound. Through research, lifestyle changes, and a blend of holistic and Western medicine, she reversed her condition, sparking a lifelong passion for healing and transformation.

With the guidance of her aunt, an intuitive coach, Domie deepened her spiritual practice, learning how trauma, emotions, and energy impact overall well-being. She became certified in sound healing and is currently expanding her expertise with a breathwork certification. Through Anointedd, her spiritual-based business, she offers transformative one-on-one sessions, including sound healing, spiritual advising, courses, and sacred tools such as anointing oils and spiritual baths.

Beyond her services, Domie believes in lifelong learning and the power of community. Coming from Richmond, CA, she understands the importance of support and mentorship, and her goal is to help as many people as possible find their own path to healing.
