Sound Bath w. Stacey Pickering

I invite you to join me for a meditative journey, in person, guided by the sounds of crystal & Tibetan singing bowls, bells, chimes, gong, shruti box, rain stick, guda drum, and intuitive vocalization.

A powerful way to integrate the ebbs & flows of the human experience, a sound journey guides us into ourselves and allows us to let go, tune in, unwind, recalibrate, and be held in the present moment. There is no "right way" to do this, no striving, nothing to achieve. A rare opportunity for you to to show up exactly as you are and simply Be.

The pure tones offered in a sound bath facilitate DEEP REST & RESET for the nervous system. This is the state we seek to achieve through meditation, in which the body experiences the state of calm balance that is necessary for healthy emotions, adrenal function, digestion, metabolism, intestinal & bladder function, blood pressure, heartbeat, & fluid balance in the body. This is where our parasympathetic nervous system takes over and relieves us of the “fight or flight” state, within which we are often operating, to some degree.

I am a multi-faceted Holistic Wellness Practitioner, Group Ecotherapy Facilitator, and movement artist, who explores with music, sound, and vocalization to transcend the barriers of the logical mind and connect us fully with ourselves as whole beings.
