About this event

Sound Bath Workshop: Journey to self-discovery, healing, empowerment

Every one of us seeks to live a life aligned with our true values and passions. In this workshop, we harness the power of meditation, breath, and sound & vibration to reconnect with our bodies, cultivate presence in our hearts and minds, and connect with our natural flow state to promote healing and live more authentically.

This 90-minute ritual invites you to take deep, grounding breaths and allow the soothing sounds of quartz crystal bowls to wash over you. The session concludes with a period of reflection & oracle card pull, leaving you feeling more grounded and present. The magical alchemy of these healing modalities helps shed the layers and barriers that disconnect us from our hearts, encourages the cultivation of a deeper relationship with ourselves, and offers a pathway to living with authenticity, purpose, and freedom.

Join us. Come prepared to relax, explore, and transform in a supportive and nurturing environment.
