Attendees are welcome to arrive any time between 6:40-7:00pm. We will have tea ready to be served at this time and encourage folks to come early and make a comfortable nest to lay or sit down for the event. We bring a handful of blankets/yoga mats but encourage all attendees to bring their own blankets/pillows to get as comfy as possible (our regular attendees bring their own big nests so don't worry about bringing too much, can't be too comfy for this!). To start class we will do a nice body scan meditation accompanied with some guided breathing to calm the mind and body. Following we will have attendees get into their most comfortable position for about 50 minutes of pure bliss during the Sound Bath. We are firm believers that intention is everything with energy, we always envision all attendees healthy and happy as we play and send out lots of loving energy and prayers. We always aim to make our space as safe and comfortable for all people. We have people of many different faiths come to our events and ALL are welcome, we will do our best to make the space comfortable for all people and keep any and all beliefs out of this work to make it most accessible!
