Sound Bath Meditation! with Kelli

Using crystal singing bowls, planetary chimes and other instruments to guide you into a meditative state, we invite you to lay down and journey through sound. Before long, you'll find yourself floating in a state of deep relaxation as your tension and stress melts away.

Sound frequencies are known to help calm the mind, decrease stress, improve sleep, expand awareness, and release both physical and emotional pain. The tones help balance the mind, body, and spirit, promoting a sense of peace and well-being.

We suggest you wear comfortable clothing and bring water, a yoga mat, a blanket and a pillow, but please bring any items you need to be comfortable in a reclining position. We welcome you to bring crystals to charge during the sound bath.

Please arrive early enough to get comfortable and set an intention, if desired.
