Sound Bath Meditation with Buddhist YouTuber from The Lotus Sutra Lab
Overview
Sound Bath Meditation with Buddhist YouTuber from The Lotus Sutra Lab
Take a gentle pause from the busyness of Los Angeles and immerse yourself in a moment of calm and renewal in the authentic Buddhist sanctuary.
Guided by Rev. Dr. Kyohei Mikawa, Minister of a Buddhist spiritual community of Rissho Kosei-kai Los Angeles and the creator of Buddhist YouTube channel, The Lotus Sutra Lab, this immersive session blends Buddhist chanting, Himalayan and Japanese Buddhist singing bowls, and mindful stillness into a deeply restorative experience.
Rooted in Buddhist wisdom, this sound meditation invites you to reconnect with your inner stillness and rediscover the quiet abundance that already exists within your life.

You Decide The Price: Giving as a Practice of "Letting Go"
In Buddhism, giving (dāna) is one of the most sacred spiritual practices — a way to let go, open the heart, and nurture abundance from within.
Your donation (suggested $20) supports the Rissho Kosei-kai Buddhist Center of Los Angeles, helping us continue to offer wellness and mindfulness programs for the community.
Every contribution, large or small, becomes part of your own practice of generosity and gratitude.
Cancellation Policy
Since this is a popular program, if you have to cancel your ticket, please make sure to notify us at least 48 hours prior to the session so that others can take your seat.
