Please bring your YOGA MAT, and anything else to help you feel cozy and relaxed. This can include: BLANKET, PILLOW, EYE MASK, WATER BOTTLE

Coziness is key. Dress comfortably, and we recommend you bring a sweater in case you feel chilly.

Can I Come Late?

We appreciate you doing your best to be on time. We offer a five minute grace period for late-comers but cannot guarantee entry if you are more than five minutes late, as it can be disruptive to others' experience.
