Sound Bath Hosted by Terra Stone
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, comfy clothes and plenty of water.
A sound bath is a meditative practise thast uses sounds from from singing bowls.
Participants can meditate, sleep, or practise breath work during the session.
Benefits include stress reduction, meditative experiences fostering mindfulness, improved sleep, emotional healing by releasing repressed emotions, enhanced creativity, and balancing energy centers in the body.
To honor the healing space and respect the experience of all attendees and practitioners, please arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time of the sound bath.
Doors will be locked promptly at the beginning of the session and will not be reopened for late arrivals in order to maintain a peaceful and uninterrupted environment.
No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or missed sessions.
