At Harper Clinic Utah, we create trauma-informed, holistic wellness experiences that promote healing from the inside out. This soundbath is an invitation to pause, breathe, and return to yourself.

🌀 What is a Soundbath?

A soundbath is a meditative experience where you lie back and receive healing vibrations from crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, voice, and other resonant instruments. You don’t need to “do” anything—just rest and let the frequencies work through your body and nervous system.

Led by Nichole Denboer, a skilled sound healer and Reiki master, this experience is deeply intuitive, gentle, and tailored to create grounding and emotional balance.

🧘 What to Expect

  • A 60-minute guided sound journey in a small group setting (max 12 people)
  • You’ll be resting comfortably in Savasana (a reclined, supported position)
  • Gentle sound layers: crystal bowls, chimes, voice, breath, and soft percussion
  • Afterward, you’ll be supported with grounding techniques to ease back into your evening with clarity and calm

We provide everything else—yoga mats, pillows, noise-canceling headphones, and eye masks—to create a nurturing, immersive space.

Nichole is a trauma-informed guide, sound practitioner, Reiki master, and yoga/breathwork facilitator. Her approach weaves ancient healing with intuitive presence, helping clients regulate, release, and realign.
