Sound Bath for the Solstice

Welcome!

You are invited to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the holiday season and join us for our Sound Bath for the Solstice, honoring the darkest night of the year and the return of the light. It is the perfect time to slow down, to receive the healing vibrations, and to open to what this next season has to offer. We hope to see you there!

The tentative schedule:

-Doors open at 5:30pm. We ask that you arrive no later than 5:45pm.

-5:30-6:00: Time to mingle, enjoy warm punch, pull oracle cards, and build an intention bag for the altar.

-6:00-7:00: Guided meditation and sound bath.

After the sound bath, there will be time available for integration, or journaling as needed. Be sure to take your intention bag home with you!
