Join us for a guided Sound Bath designed to support stress reduction, nervous system regulation, and deep rest—especially for those navigating busy schedules, caregiving, high-pressure work, or emotional overload.
This experience blends gentle grounding, breath awareness, and live sound instruments to help your body shift out of “doing mode” and into a state of calm and clarity.
