Sound Bath for Relaxation

Like a sonic massage, lie back and relax as you are bathed in the healing frequencies and sound waves of various instruments. From crystal singing bowls to steel tongue drums, each instrument creates a unique soundscape to help relax the body and mind and realign energy. Bring yoga mats, blankets, pillows, eye masks, and/or whatever else you need to feel comfortable and fully able to let go. Pre-registration required.

The instructor, Kaylee Hardin, desires to help everyone feel more at home in body, mind, and spirit. She utilizes many different healing modalities ranging from the physical to the energetic. Sound healing is a favorite of hers as the effects can be felt almost instantaneously! Using various instruments, her own intuition, experience, and knowledge, she helps to balance energies and give each person a greater sense of peace and relaxation than what he or she had before.

Refund Policy: “Requests for a refund on a fee-based class not cancelled by the college must be made at least five (5) working days prior to the beginning of the class. No refunds can be made on requests made after that date. A $5 per person processing fee will be retained on all refunds unless the class is cancelled or meeting times are changed by the college.”
