Sound Bath for Expansion

Welcome! We're so glad you're here.

This is what you can expect for our Sound Bath for Expansion:

-Doors open at 5:30pm and ceremony starts at 5:45. Please arrive early enough to settle into your space and get comfortable. Please bring mats, blankets, pillows, eye masks, etc., and whatever else you might need to feel relaxed and cozy. For the sound bath portion, it is recommended to lay down, however, plastic folding chairs are available for those preferring to sit.

-There will be a guided meditation that takes you on a journey, exploring all the possibilities of our future selves. We invite curiosity and play as we tap into our desires for the future and our highest potential.

-Meditation will flow into an hour long sound bath, where you will get to relax and receive all the healing energies that the various instruments have to offer. Nothing is asked of you except and open heart and mind.

-We will wrap everything up with some closing words to help anchor any insights or inspiration into our current reality. After, there will be time for questions or mingling.
