Sound Bath for Deep Rest and Holiday Drive NYC

Join us for a deeply restorative 60-minute sound bath at the Arlo Nomad Hotel in NYC. This all-levels sound experience is designed to support deep rest mentally, physically, and emotionally using the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls and chimes while giving back!

Your ticket includes the sound bath, a Leisure Hydration Beverage, a provided mat, and we ask that you bring a donation item.

We’ll be donating items to the Flex-N-Fly Foundation’s Holiday Giving Drive to support families in need across NYC.

Please bring one or more of the following:

• Non-perishable food items (canned goods, dried pasta, peanut butter, etc.)
• New or gently used winter clothing (coats, hats, gloves, scarves)

We’ll also be donating a portion of proceeds from this class to the Flex-N-Fly Foundation to further support their mission to empower underserved communities through 90 day resource hubs.
