Brian (B) is just starting out on this journey of sound and sound healing and is looking to provide you a beautiful, relaxing, immersive experience with crystal & metal singing bowls. The vibrations and sounds help you to relax and may also cause one to fall asleep. No problem, just enjoy the experience.

No added vocalizing, singing, chanting or toning and also no angels, reiki, ascended masters, light healing or other types of modalities. Just the sound of the bowls.

This venue has limited number of yoga mats for you to lie down, but if you are worried about cleanliness it is of course advisable to bring your own towel or mat and any cushions or pillows you may need. Come in comfortable loose clothing and something to keep yourself warm if you find yourself easily chilled. Water for hydration.
