What should I bring to the event?

Please bring a mat, blanket, pillow and/or anything that will help you feel cozy and comfortable in a resting position. You may also consider bringing an eye pillow and a hat or scarf if you get headaches easily.

What kind of gentle movement is included?

We love gentle yoga, qigong/tai chi, and other gentle stretches. No downward facing dogs or handstands! :) We also design all movement to be on your mat, if you'd like.

What else is included in the experience?

We offer tea and the option to add healing sessions after the sound bath (ex. full body energy clearing and emotional cord cutting).
