🕯️ Sound Bath:
Immerse yourself in crystal bowls, chimes, and grounding frequencies that melt tension and quiet the mind.

🪞 Optional Reflection:
No pressure to talk — just presence, peace, and stillness.

We’ll have tea and snacks waiting for you 🍵🥥 — just bring your yoga mat, blanket, water, and a cozy sweater (we’re leaning into that soft-girl, cozy energy).

We keep it small, safe, and sacred — only 10 women welcomed each week to keep it intimate and grounded.
