Sound Bath Experience at Alliance Gallery

Join alliance member and multi-gifted artist and healer, Jeneen Piccuirro, for an experiential and artfully crafted sound meditation with crystal singing bowls and symphonic gong. Let the healing soundscape guide you into a deeply restorative meditative state as you receive the benefits of the vibrations. Sound bath helps to relieve stress, reset the nervous system, clear the mind, improve sleep and enhance mood and focus. You will be invited to sit or lie on the floor so please bring a yoga mat or meditation cushion for your comfort. Chairs can be provided by request.

With a passion for the sacred and creative arts, Jeneen has spearheaded many innovative programs over the last three decades of her formal work life. She has been successfully combining gong and crystal bowl work in her many classes including yoga, art and meditation, for the last 15 years.
