Sound Bath at LVAC

Join us for a relaxing Soundbath experience at the Las Vegas Athletic Club (Southwest location) on Saturday, December 13th, from 1 PM to 2 PM.

We will begin with gentle stretching to prepare your body for deep relaxation, followed by soothing crystal bowl and gong frequencies as you lie back and unwind. No experience is required, simply bring yourself and an open mind.

Please bring a yoga mat, a light blanket, and a small pillow if you would like extra comfort. Soundbaths are a beautiful way to de-stress, relax, and release stored tension from the body.

Cost: $15
All are welcome. No gym membership required.
