Please bring a water bottle and anything that helps you feel cozy, such as a blanket or small pillow. We provide yoga mats, bolsters, and eye pillows, though these are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Arrive early to settle into your space.

What if I’m late?

To honor the flow of the experience, late arrivals cannot be accommodated once the sound bath begins. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in, settle in, and find your place of comfort before we begin.
