This evening gathering offers a gentle space to reset your nervous system and support emotional balance during the seasonal shift. Experience a melodic sound bath and EFT meditation designed to relax the mind, release tension, and help you feel grounded as we move toward winter.
What to Expect
We begin with EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) tapping to ease emotional weight and create a sense of emotional safety. Next, a short progressive muscle relaxation helps your body soften and release stress that may have been building through the season. From there, you will be guided into a melodic sound bath, where crystal singing bowls and other acoustic instruments are played in gentle harmonies to support rest, calm, and inner balance.

Location and Comfort
This event takes place at Opening to Life Movement Studio in SE Portland. Yoga mats are available to borrow, and you are welcome to bring any comfort items such as a blanket, pillow, or eye cover to help you settle in.

After the sound bath, you are welcome to stay for tea, quiet reflection, or gentle conversation as you ease into the evening.
