Working with our ancestors can be deeply healing and transformative. Through the power of sound, we will rest the mind and body, opening space to connect with and remember our loved ones. Vibrations have been used since time immemorial to calm the mind, clear energy fields, and balance our subtle bodies, also known as the aura or magnetic field.
During this journey, we will create a beautiful community altar. Participants are invited to bring a small object that reminds them of a loved one — a picture, necklace, flower, or anything meaningful — to place on the altar during the ceremony. This altar will hold collective intention and remembrance, and at the end, you can take your object back with you as a cherished token.
Through this shared experience, you can feel clarity of mind, energetic purification, deep rest and restoration, and a renewed connection to your lineage and loved ones. Come together in this sacred space of intention, healing, and remembrance, letting the sounds guide you, nourish your spirit, and honor those who came before us.
