Join us for a deeply grounding sound bath experience, where healing frequencies gently guide you into a state of peace and presence. Let the vibrations be a balm for your nervous system, inviting calm, clarity, and connection.
After the sound bath, we’ll gather for a short, heart-centered conversation about wellness and nourishing the body temple from within. You’ll also have the chance to sample a few light offerings that support vitality and well-being.
Come as you are. Leave feeling more like yourself.
What to Bring:
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Consider bringing yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water bottle, eye mask, bolster
- An open heart and any intention you may wish to set

Location & Details
The event will take place at East Bay Church of Religious Science, 4130 Telegraph Avenue in Oakland, CA. Please refer to the FAQs for details on parking and location. For day-of questions, feel free to call or text 510-992-1101 until 11:05 AM.
Doors open 30 minutes before the scheduled event time. Check-in with your name upon arrival. Please note that all ticket sales are final and to maintain the integrity of the experience, doors will close 5 minutes after the start of the event, with no re-entry.
Timing & Registration
Arrive by 10:30AM to check in and get settled.
Space is limited, so early registration is recommended! Ticket pricing is based on a love offering. We recommend a starting point of $25. You can also pay more or less. No one is turned away for lack of funds. We do ask you to register in advance as we expect to sell out. We will accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App at the door.
