What if I've never done a sound bath before?

That's totally okay! No experience is required for a sound bath. Simply bring yourself and an open mind. You'll lay down and listen to soothing sounds produced by crystal singing bowls, chimes and other percussion instruments as you rest and recharge your body and mind.

What if I've never done a barre class before?

Beginners are always welcome! There will be plenty of adjustments and modifications available to you.
