Join us for an uplifting evening honouring Black culture, wellbeing, and togetherness. This event brings restorative practices to the heart of our community, blending yoga, sound healing, and open conversation.
✨ What to expect:
• Restorative Yoga with Shadeyah – Settle in with some calming breathwork, Move gently to soothing R&B and soul music, reconnecting with your body and breath. End with a relaxing meditation.
• Sound Bath with Antonia – Be guided into deep rest with the grounding power of sound, helping you feel centred and at ease.
• Circle Time – Share reflections on the importance of Black culture and collective wellbeing.
• Juice Shots by Urgh! – Nourishing, healthy juices from Black-owned brand Urgh! will be provided for all attendees.
• A Personal Gift – Each attendee will receive a thoughtful small gift to take home, as a reminder of this shared experience.
✨ Your Hosts:
• Shadeyah – A yoga instructor and wellness coach of Jamaican background, passionate about making wellbeing practices like yoga, meditation, and breathwork accessible within Black communities. She believes in the power of these practices to build confidence, improve mental health, and deepen connection to self.
• Antonia – A certified sound therapist of Jamaican heritage who shares sound healing in diverse community spaces, from local events to retirement homes. She is dedicated to creating grounding, restorative spaces where people can relax, restore, and reconnect.

We’ll gather at GoHubStudio, a vibrant Black-owned coffee shop and community space – the perfect setting to celebrate culture, wellness, and connection.
