This soulful, slow-flow practice invites you to move with intention, breathe with ease, and reconnect with your body. Each class weaves together creative sequencing, mindful stretching, and functional movements that support long-term strength, flexibility, and mobility.

Expect a nourishing blend of heart-opening flows and grounding postures that cultivate gentle heat, presence, and joy. Designed for all levels and all bodies, this class offers time and space to explore movement at your own pace while deepening your connection to your breath and inner world.

Slow Flow is your invitation to slow down, regulate your nervous system, and come home to yourself. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, replenished, and embodied.

We provide all props—mats, bolsters, blocks, straps, and blankets—and you’re welcome to bring your own for comfort and personal preference.
