SoulBody is not your average workout—it’s a vibe. This 60-minute mat Pilates class combines strength, stretch, and flow set to the smooth sounds of R&B and soul music. You’ll build core strength, improve flexibility, and move with intention as the rhythm guides your body.

Each session ends with a guided meditation, giving you space to reset, recharge, and leave feeling balanced in both body and spirit.
