What do I need to bring?

Glad you asked!  Wear comfortable clothes, yoga mat, or on a sturdy safe flat surface with a blanket or sheet to provide a barrier.  Journal if you choose to participate in the prompts, water bottle and most importantly an OPEN HEART!

This is a donation based activity.  You can choose to donate based on how your energy guides you via Apple Pay, CashApp, Zelle and/or Venmo.  These details will be provided once admission confirmed

Do I need to come to each Sunday, are the weeks built on each other?

Sometimes I will have a series of things I discuss but it will always be independent and will not feel like you are missing something. Of course coming every week builds on what you learn about you that changes every week.
