Sorting Through: What To Do With All This StuffLetting go of physical possessions can be challenging, but also very healing. This session is designed to help you consider how to let go of both practical and sentimental belongings, and guide you as you develop a plan and strategies to manage those items.

Christy Hansen, LSCSW, Grief Support Specialist at Kansas City Hospice, has served in a variety of roles at Kansas CIty Hospice including social worker and grief support specialist. She is currently a therapist with Solace House, Kansas City Hospice's center for grief and healing for ages four and older. She loves working with individuals and families through times of loss and transition, as well as leading support groups. In her spare time, she enjoys walks with friends, garden vegetables and flowers, being outside and hanging out with her family.
