Question 1

Are children welcome at the concerts?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Children 12 & under get in free!  We want to keep Serenade Range a family friendly venue so we ask that children not sitting with their parents stay in the designated "play area" so as not to disturb customers trying to enjoy the show.  Thank you so much for your cooperation!

Do I need to bring a lawn chair?

Yes! You can bring a lawn chair or blanket.  We do keep a few extras just in case, but we cannot guarantee that they'll be available as they are on a first come, first served basis.

Can I bring a camera/take photos?

Accepted Answer

Professional cameras must have permission prior to an event, but guests are welcome to bring small personal cameras or smartphones to take photos as long as you share them on social media and tag @SerenadeRange! ;-)

Are pets welcome?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We love well behaved animals and encourage you to bring your fur babies along to enjoy the show.  All we ask is that you keep them on a leash that is either in your hand or somehow affixed in one place and clean up any messes left by your pet and that if your pet becomes disruptive, you remove

Will there be food?

Yes! We have a variety of local food trucks (1 per event) that will be at the show.

Are coolers, outside food, or outside drinks allowed?

Accepted Answer

Coolers are not allowed at Serenade Range.  In accordance with our TABC permit, outside alcohol is not permitted.  To prevent any bad actors from ignoring this rule, we ask that all customers not bring coolers.  We will have food, beer, wine, sodas and water available for purchase.

Is smoking/vaping allowed?

We ask that any smoking/vaping be done away from the audience area and that cigarette butts be disposed of properly and not left on the ground.  Thank you!

What if I get an error while attempting to purchase tickets?

Accepted Answer

Eventbrite suggests clearing your browser's cookies, updating your browser or using an alternative browser.  In most cases, it's as simple as clearing cookies.  If all else fails, you are more than welcome to purchase tickets at the door.

What if there is inclement weather?

Accepted Answer

In the event that the weather does not cooperate with our outdoor plans, we have a couple of nearby neighbors who have offered their covered facilities for the evening.  A message will be sent to ticket holders and announcement made on our website and social media of the location change.
