Can I do this if I've never done breathwork before?

Yes. I will take you through a pre-breathwork introduction where I'll provide you with all you need to know to have an amazing experience on your breathwork journey.

If I have a asthma can I do this breathwork.

Yes. Provided you have your rescue inhaler and approval from your doctor.

Can I eat before the session.

Yes, but please stop eating a least an hour and a half before the start of the session

Can I do this breathwork if im taking anti-depressants or SSRIs?

Yes, but you may only have a physical experience. SSRIs and anti-depressants can prevent you from having a visual experience.

Can I do this breathwork if I've drank alcohol the day of the session.

No. It is not recommended that you do this breathwork if you've consumed any alcohol.

Can I do this breathwork if I've used cannabis the day of the session.

Yes. It may make you more sensitive to the experience.
