Begin by crafting your own exquisite dried flower bookmarks and a matching greeting card—a delightful, hands-on experience where you'll unleash your creativity with beautiful natural elements.
Next, wind down with an immersive sound bath in the tranquil countryside. Let the soothing vibrations wash over you, promoting deep relaxation and inner peace.
This workshop offers the perfect escape to nourish your mind, body, and spirit.
Refreshing sangria mocktails and charcuterie will be served.
Carrie will use a variety of instruments, including quartz crystal singing bowls, kenari and koshi chimes, ocean drum, rain stick and other gentle percussion to create an atmosphere of serenity and tranquility to help soothe your nervous system, release stress and tension, and nourish the mind, body and spirit. This is the ultimate way to relax, de-stress, invite clarity in, and practice self-care.
No prior experience with sound healing is necessary. Simply come as you are and allow the sounds to guide you to a place of pure serenity.

To fully enjoy the sound bath, we recommend attendees to bring:
· Bolster: something to use for support for under your knees such as a pillow or rolled up clothing
· Clothing: Dress comfortable and in layers (to adjust to any temperature changes). The event is all about being relaxed and comfortable.
· Blanket: You may also want to bring a blanket, or anything else to assist you in being cozy and comfy for the session.
· Water Bottle: Staying hydrated is essential for your well-being.
· Eye pillow (optional): Helps to quiet both external and internal distractions,
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT
Participants must be at least 15 years old. Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
DISCLAIMER: While sound baths are generally safe for most people, there are a few precautions and contraindications to be aware of. Singing bowls should be completely avoided if you have any of the following. For a full list of contraindications go to https://sliceofheavenwellness.com/faq.html
· If you are intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs.
· Have carotid stenosis, a cardiac pacemaker, artificial heart valves, cardiac arrhythmias, a stent, a shunt, epilepsy or seizures.
· Have a deep brain stimulation device, thrombosis, Parkinson’s disease, metal implants, polyneuropathy, orhemiparesis.

No refunds, exchanges or make-up sessions. If you’re unable to make it to your session, you may give your ticket to another person to attend this event date only. If you give your ticket to someone else please contact me with the name and phone number of the person taking your place. They will need to sign a paper waiver at the door so make sure they arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
REFUND POLICY
There are no refunds except in the rare instance if the event is canceled. You are welcome to transfer your registration ticket to someone else (see website for details).
