The activation includes gentle somatics and breathwork practices to create connection and receptivity to prepare for the journey, and concludes with collective energy healing by Sara|Somatique Healing and integration. The activation will take you into deeper reflection and ecological communion, inviting you into vivid landscapes of mind and nature, into contact with your own inner voice and dreams, and into a space of new possibilities. A sonic activation can support deep levels of processing and connection with self.
Shaun is a master cellist and composer with over 35 years of experience, a degree in Cello Performance from CU, serves as principal cellist for the Vienna Light Orchestra and is on the expressive arts faculty for Mobius Leadership. He applies his audio engineering expertise to bring you a sacred listening experience - the "ultraviolet" of sound, so to speak. Sara is a skilled facilitator and Reiki Master with over10 years of experience leading yoga and meditation, with certifications in yoga, somatic stress release, breathwork, and energy healing. Together Shaun & Sara create deeply meaningful experiences meant to bring you in touch with your soul and the whole of life.
