About the Event

Join us for an hour exploring this month’s theme of Alignment as a trained Silk + Sonder facilitator guides you through both the Wheel of Life (pg 7), Alignment Inventory (pg 15), and Create Your Own Bingo (pg 21) activities! You will leave feeling inspired and closer to the things that bring joy to your life.

What journal prompts will we be doing?

• An EXCLUSIVE Alignment activity found only at the event!

What should you bring?

• A pen or markers
• Your Silk + Sonder Stickers
• Your Silk + Sonder journal
• Your favorite beverage
