Overview
Just in time for the holidays, this gentle, experiential workshop offers simple voicework practices to help you release stress, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your center. Through humming, toning, and mindful sound, you’ll learn how to use your own voice as a tool for grounding, emotional awareness, and self-care. No singing experience needed—just a willingness to breathe, sound, and listen within.
You’ll Learn To:
- Use your voice to calm the nervous system and release stress.
- Connect sound with breath and body awareness.
- Move emotional energy safely and gently.
- Deepen your sense of presence, self-awareness, and compassion.
Who It’s For:
This workshop is open to anyone seeking tools for emotional regulation and embodied self-care. Exercises can be easily incorporated into daily life or into professional services such as counseling, therapy, body work, energy healing, trauma recovery, professional team building, community engagement.
Facilitated by:
Lindsay Facknitz, MA, Voice Teacher, Licensed Spiritual Healer, and Certified Sound Healing Practitioner.
Lindsay blends voice, breath, and energy work to help individuals reconnect with their bodies and emotions through sound. Her SomaticVoice approach supports emotional balance, nervous system regulation, and authentic self-expression.
