Somatics is the term used to describe small movements that help to release tension and bring a sense of ease within the body. This is not a traditional workout - you will likely not break a sweat, and movements will be slow, intentional and guided. As with anything in life, consistency is key. Take advantage of this 3-part series to help you start implementing somatic movements into your daily routine! Each sessions ends with either a sound bath or guided mediation.
