A ritual is a ceremony of conscious acts that connect you with your higher self. This ritual will include meditation, yoga, dance and reflective journaling.

Dress as your higher self ☺️ Wear breathable free flowing clothing that you can feel relaxed in. Gym wear and yoga outfits are optional too, but this yoga is more restorative focused.
