Somatic Sound Healing

In just 90 minutes learn how to speak the language of your soul so you can tap into your limitless potential through a powerful blend of somatic release and sound healing.

In this workshop Sarah will teach on how you can use somatic work to change your life. She will talk about the fundamentals and how our addiction to chaos and struggle gets in the way of us reaching our fullest potential. You will be guided through a somatic experience that will connect you to your deepest truths so you can transmute, heal, release, and embody the best version of you.

Info for the event:Please bring your yoga mat, journal, pen, blanket, and pillows. (If you forget to bring something, there are bolsters, mats, blankets on site.) We will be seated and lying down for a portion of the workshop.

Essence of Healing is located in the Mainstreet Market building. You will enter a door and walk down the hall and find us all the way at the end on the left.
