We live in a fast-paced, uncertain world. We're losing sleep, worried about serious social and political issues, and finding ourselves sucked into the endless scroll far more often than we'd like.
This special session invites you to slow down and tune in, to learn how to move through challenging moments, and begin (or continue) building resilience for the long haul.
