Somatic Movement & QiGong for Stress Release

This special Heart & Nervous System Balance Edition is a gentle, supportive somatic class designed to help you soften, regulate, and reconnect after stress, overwhelm, or emotional fatigue; especially following the holiday season.

This class blends somatic movement, QiGong, breathwork, guided body awareness, and specific aromatherapy to support emotional regulation, nervous system balance, and a sense of inner safety. The focus of this edition is on heart support, self-compassion, and calming the nervous system, creating space for softness rather than force.

Throughout the class, rose and ylang ylang essential oils will be used intentionally to support heart opening, emotional safety, and parasympathetic nervous system activation. These oils are known for their ability to encourage emotional release, grounding, and gentle regulation through the limbic system.

This class is slow, grounding, and accessible to all bodies and experience levels. No prior experience with somatic practices or QiGong is required.

Meet the Instructor

Jennifer Hansen-Silva is a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, TCI (Therapeutic Crisis Intervention) certified, Mental Health Advocate, Life Coach, Usui Reiki Master, and Past Life Regression Hypnotherapist. She holds a Master of Science in Mental Health and Wellness and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.

As the Owner of Conscious Balance and Founder and Co-Owner of NorCal Goddess Retreat, Jennifer has dedicated herself to guiding others on their holistic wellness journeys. She is also a Shamanic Priestess, Cacao Guardian, and Ceremonialist with deep wisdom in mind, body, and spirit integration.
