Overview
As the days grow shorter and the pace of life begins to shift into the colder months and holiday season, our bodies naturally crave grounding, warmth, and a slower rhythm. Join me for a deeply soothing evening designed to help you regulate your nervous system, release tension, and gently prepare for this new season of life.
Please bring your yoga mat, blanket and eye mask.
We’ll begin with light somatic movement breathwork, followed by guided meditation to bring you out of the mind and into the body, creating safety and calm from within. From there, surrender into a transformative sound meditation featuring crystal bowls, chimes, and grounding frequencies that help quiet thoughts, relax the body, and support emotional balance.
This experience is an invitation to:

- Regulate and soften the nervous system
- Restore inner peace and clarity
- Honor change with grace rather than resistance
